Carolyn was formerly a Medical Business Office Manager for a large G.I. practice. In 2009 she took early retirement due declining health. She had many habits that were creating too much stress in her life.
She then began her journey into a whole new way of living. Practicing Yoga and Pilates helped to reduce her stress and improve her blood pressure. She decided to share this peace and love with others by teaching Yoga and Pilates in a safe and fun way!
