Having Yoga demonstrations at your Health Fair will be something that everyone will benefit from. Whether you have a large group of over 100-2000 people, or a small group of 5-20. We will answer questions that people may have about yoga and Pilates, helping them to understand the many benefit of yoga and Pilates.
All people can practice Yoga and Pilates, even if they must stay in a chair or bed. Included with the information provided is a demonstration of different poses and breath work. Participation is encouraged so that people can feel how different breathing techniques and simple stretches can quickly reduce stress and open up the body.
